Do you think this is an illegal pitch?
NSA2009: The hands shall be
separated with the ball being held in either the glove or pitching hand.
Ans: Legal
PONY2006: "(a)The hands shall be separated....while taking the signal from the catcher (b)she shall hold the ball in both hands for not less than one second."
Ans: Could be Illegal due to (b)
ASA2005: "(a)the pitcher shall take the signal...with the hands separated. (b) The pitcher shall bring the hands together for not less than one second."
Ans: Could be Illegal due to (b)
